No we are not an OHIP clinic. 

No to attend our clinic and receive any of our services we do not require a doctors referral. However, some insurance companies require a doctors referral for physiotherapy and registered massage therapy if the patient wants to be reimbursed for these services. 

Direct billing to most insurance companies is available for Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Massage Therapy. Naturopathic services cannot be billed directly to insurance. 

Yes we do for physiotherapy and chiropractic services.

Yes, many of our services are covered under extended insurance plans. You would need to check with your individual insurance company to know what you are covered for. 

The initial assessment will vary for each profession. Initial assessments for naturopathic medicine are ## minutes long. Follow-up appointments are around ## minutes.

Yes there is ample FREE parking provided by the city across the street from the office. Street parking is also available on other streets that surround the building.
